Just a precaution to the bride or groom who want to rent a dress to this store...please do not proceed with it as we have experience the worst customer service of all the supplier that our wedding almost did not proceed.
They are unprofessional, rude and full of greed as they only say yes to their customer but in the end all promises are false.
Our wedding almost did not push through and my wife almost lost her mind since the dresses are not yet finish according to what we have agreed upon which one week before the wedding and the only reason why we got it is that my wife beg on her knees and cry with blood.
Note that we already booked all those dresses 6 months prior to our wedding but they only finish the alteration and preparation of the dress that we rented a day before the wedding.
So if you want your wedding to be stress free better find another store but its up to you if you want to feel the wrath of Vangie
