MECHANICS:

1. Promo is open to couples to be married within the year and residing in the Philippines. A certification from the National Statistics Office (certificate of no marriage), two (2) valid ids and other relevant documents may be required for winning participants.

2. Send your entries along with a photo of you and your fiance together to marketing@philstar.com. Entries should be original and free from copyright and should not exceed 200 words. Only one entry per participant may be qualified upon judging of entries.

Kindly indicate the following together with your entry: full name, address, mobile number.

3. Criteria for judging:

Creativity and Originality 50%

Overall Impact 50%

The judges' decision is final.

4. Submission of entries is from June 4 to June 30, 2010 while winning entries will be announced in philstar.com on July 7, 2010. Winners will be sent a notification via email. Be informed that prize tickets originate from Manila.

5. Relatives of philstar.com and The Philippine STAR employees to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the contest.

6. The organizers reserve the right to free reproduction and exhibition of entered images in all media, but only in connection with philstar.com’s Wedding Month Special, and with an acknowledgment to the entry senders. philstar.com will not make a claim on the copyright of the images entered in this contest. philstar.com or its sponsors do not claim unlimited license to reproduce the images outside of the terms stated above.

Be featured on The Wedding Planner Magazine 5th Issue

Be featured at The Wedding Planner Magazine 5th Issue: Upload your wedding photos or nominate your friend’s wedding photo by uploading them here at TWP magazine’s fan page. Couple who will get the highest number of “Like” or vote will be featured on our 5th issue (Feb-July) Real Weddings Segment. Contest Mechanics:

1.) Participants must become a fan of “The Wedding Planner Magazine (TWP)” page to be able to join. Those who are not fans yet will not be allowed to join the contest.

2.) If you’re not yet a fan; search or go to “The Wedding Planner Magazine” facebook fan page then click “Like” button.

3.) Upload at least five (5) of your actual wedding photos (make sure to put filename in each photo indicating first names of the couple and with numbers in it e.g. Carl-Lucy1, Carl-Lucy2 etc.)

4.) You may share TWP page to your friends so they can cast “Like” vote to your entry. Friends who wish to vote for your photo must also become a fan by clicking “Like” on the page before they can proceed to voting.

Note: Comments are always welcome but it will not be counted as vote.

5.)Official photo entries for the “Real Wedding Contest” will be uploaded daily so that participants can share their entry to their friends.

6.) Contest period will be from June 25, 2010 until January 15, 2011.

7.) Winner will be announced on January 18, 2011.
